I feel as though blogs should be creative, witty and informative. Hopefully, I can live up to my own expectations. <br/></font></p><p><font color="#ffffff"><br/></font></p><p><font color="#ffffff">2008 was a big year for me. There were alot of milestones and new initiatives. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in marine biology and started right into the working world at the Rhode Island EPSCoR office. I moved out on my own for a while to prove to myself that I had the independence and discipline necessary. I had several opportunities to go visit Maryland and my supportive family. SMac Originals participated in several art shows throughout the state and I got to meet other local craft vendors. Perhaps most exciting of all, I had the wonderful experience of falling in love with a beautiful woman who had a large impact on my year and will continue to shape my future. <br/> </font></p><p><font color="#ffffff"><br/></font></p><p><font color="#ffffff">2009 promises to be just as exciting and I wanted a place to share. Everyone has their basic resolutions for a new year: to stay healthy, save money in this failing economy, etc. My resolutions are to learn how to cook a greater variety of food and keep in better touch with my friends and family, part of which will be keeping this website updated.
